From Sketchbook to Sanctuary
"A cosy nest crafted of warm branches, holding a sweet freshly iced cupcake and a piping hot mug of tea."
How my daughter's dream became our everyday reality.
It began at our kitchen table. When our daughter dreamed of opening a coffee shop where people could escape winter chill, she sat down with her pencil crayons and sketched out a perfect concept. She called it The Nest—a soft, rustic haven where warm buns and herbal infusions sit side-by-side in absolute safety.
Today, every detail of our physical storefront in Richmond honours that exact kitchen table doodle. We built the oak counters, the hand-woven willow displays, and the warm, golden lighting to mimic the exact spirit of her crayons.
"We wanted to build more than a business; we wanted to craft a safe home-away-from-home where neighbours can share crumb, steam, and comfort."
When you look around our shop, you’ll find little nods to her design on our coffee cups, pastry boxes, and the stone coasters supporting your mug.
